Location
Joie de Vivre is situated up on the
hills of Mt Irvine and consequently has breathtaking views
of the Bucco reef and the white sands of Pigeon Point
beyond. On certain days you are even able to see the reef
physically change colour. The villa is situated amongst
a cluster of other privately owned properties in a cul-de-sac.
Natural forest surrounds the back garden of the villa
with banana, lime and avocado trees in abundance. As well
as good for picking and eating these trees help to attract
a vast range of tropical and exotic birds including the
hummingbird. The top balcony also provides more stunning
views of the natural forest and ninth hole of the Mount
Irvine golf course.
